BO1 Plutonium Vote Sheet

With the latest stability fixes for BO1 Plutonium, many players are now in favor of the client being allowed for submissions.  

After some discussion amongst the BO1 Community, players NoMoleMan and Hefesto have created a voting sheet for BO1 Plutonium which covers a variety of topics including co-op. 

The results of this vote will help reshape some of the current rules on ZWR.    

There is also a couple BO2 related questions such as the recently discovered NCGen Strat on Origins.
