Updated BO4 Easter Egg Speedrun Rules

After discussion with some of the Top BO4 EE speedrunners, it has been decided that the Project BO4 client will be NOT ALLOWED for Easter Egg speedrun submissions. 

If you are on PC and plan on submitting to the EE leaderboards, your session recording/proof of restarts MUST begin at the STARTUP/LAUNCH of the game.
