Updated Easter Egg Speedrun Rules

Ladies and gentlemen,

The "rules" page on the website has been updated. Rules for High Rounds, Round Speedruns, etc. were reorganized and updated to improve clarity and remove confusion. However, there are NEW rules for Easter Egg Speedruns. These are the Easter Egg Speedrun rules that were voted on in September of 2023, they are now put in place and are being enforced as of 01/09/2024. We apologized for the long wait in doing this.
