ZWunderC 3

If you are not aware, we are proud and excited to announce that we will be teaming up with Wunderful and will be hosting the third Zombies Wunder Championship.

What does this mean?

In simple terms, this means each challenge will be hosted on our site under "Community Events" to allow for an easier submission process to ensure each game is played by the rules created by Wunderful. As there will be more challenges this year, approximately 20, it was deemed best if the event was hosted on ZWR due to the sheer intake in hopeful submissions.

What is Zombies Wunder Championship?

ZWunderC (ZWC for short) is an annual event hosted by Wunderful to allow players to compete against each other for a final grand prize of some $$$. This year, there is a slight twist in that we will be promoting teams.

Players will be able to register teams of up to 4 people before the event starts through a Google Form that will be provided below. We strongly encourage that players create teams based around players' with different game knowledge and skillsets to allow for a better chance of being the winning team. Please note that you can play alone during this event however due to the team concept, we do strongly encourage to build a team to increase the chances of you winning the event and coming home with the prize pool.

There will be up to 20 challenges ranging across an even wider variety of games than last time: Black Ops 1-4, Infinite Warfare, World War II, Dead Ops Arcade, Custom Zombies, and more - with a wider variety of challenges including High Round, First Room, No Power, No Jugg, Round & Easter Egg SRs, Strat challenges.

How do we win?

As there is no qualifying rounds, or final round, players' will be able to earn points by getting #1 place in challenges. Each challenge is worth a specific amount of points which is set by Wunderful and the moderator team. The point value will be based off of the difficulty and the number of players involved for each challenge. Simply put, whoever is currently in the #1 spot for that challenge will hold those points; if they get beaten, the points will be taken from their team and given to the new team.

Points are compiled between all team members, so a challenge completed by 1 team member counts for the whole team’s score. ZWR doesn’t really have support for this, so Wunder will add up the scores for each team based on games that are played and submitted to ZWR, and keep it in a spreadsheet for people to keep track of. At the end of the event when all games have been played out, the team with the most points wins and the prize pool is split equally among its members.
