Update to Joint WR's

Good Evening All, 

Hope all is well.

Small update to the leaderboard displaying players.

The way that joint WR's display have now changed. The joint WR's keep their WR, along with any new member that obtains the joint WR, but the next position is determined upon how many people have the joint WR.

For example on ZNS HR Classics, there are 3 joint WR's, making the next position 4th, due to there being 3 people above that person, instead of it being second as it was before.
